All complaints, disputes, or refund requests related to third-party services must be directed to the platform used for the transaction.

In-Store & Online Orders (Placed Directly with Zully’s)
If you are not satisfied with your order placed directly through Zullys-Willis.com, we are happy to review your concerns.
To request a refund or resolve an issue:
· Contact us within 24 hours of your purchase
· Provide your order details (name, date, and receipt if possible)
· Describe the issue with the order (wrong item, missing item, etc.)
After reviewing the situation, refunds or store credits may be issued at our discretion.
Note:Refunds are generally not issued for:
· Items that were consumed
· Taste preferences
· Orders reported with no supporting information or proof
Orders Placed Through Third-Party Apps
Please note that Zully's is not responsible for refunds on orders placed through third-party delivery services, including but not limited to DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub.
If you experienced an issue with an order placed through DoorDash or any other delivery app, please contact the app’s customer support directly. These platforms handle their own payments and delivery processes, and we do not have access to modify, cancel, or refund those transactions.
